Rename and move SAML/SCIM troubleshooting page

The "Troubleshooting Group SAML and SCIM" page needs to be:

1. Renamed (has no troubleshooting info, just screenshots): Example Group SAML and SCIM configurations
2. Moved to the folder with the SAML/SCIM pages: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/group/saml_sso/
