Kubernetes Cluster > Add external icon for the 'Crossplane' link in the help text.

Summary

In !18797 (merged) we added support for Crossplane as a managed app, but did not add an icon for the external link.

When viewing a Kubernetes Cluster in Operations > Kubernetes > [your-cluster], the external link icon is missing in the Crossplane application help text.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Kubernetes cluster.
  2. Navigate to Operations > Kubernetes > [your-cluster].
  3. Under Applications > Crossplane, the external link icon is missing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Under Applications > Crossplane, the external link for 'Crossplane' should have an icon.
