Remove added style to "assign yourself" link and use PJ link styles

Let's consider removing the added style to the assign yourself link and use the default PJ link styles.

Amelia: I've been going back and forth in my head as to whether or not we should be adding styling on top of a PJs component. We probably shouldn't! But, if we don't, it does otherwise feel pretty weird if the assign yourself button looks different on alerts than it does everywhere else. I think having the experience be consistent across MRs, issues and alerts is probably more important, at least for now. If issues/MRs are updated to allow for the normal, blue tertiary button styling, we can make that change on alerts, too.
