Add [[ SITEMAP ]] markup to generate Wiki sitemap

It would be nice to have a markup for generating a sitemap within the wiki.

I know there is a sitemap at the right, but this is so invisible, it would be much nicer to just be able to put it into the content of a page.

Suggestion

[[ SITEMAP ]]

• Would render all child pages per default, all "other" pages when used at home
• Maybe with an option to define a parent page slug, which will be used instead of the default behaviour
