Archive an Iteration Cadence

Problem

There is no way to stop an iteration cadence from continuing to create automated iterations, which generates noise if a team decides to stop using a given cadence.

Proposal

  • Add the ability to archive an iteration cadence
  • Improve the delete iteration cadence modal experience

Acceptance

  • An iteration cadence can be archived
  • Archived cadences do not generate new iterations
  • When archiving a cadence, there is an option to close all open/upcoming iterations
  • Sort 'Archived' on the bottom for the "All" tab, but for "Open" keep the same sorting. This is just because the "Open" list is the primary view and shows what's currently running, and wouldn't want archived cadences that still have an open iteration to get lost there (it will be rare that there's anything in "Open" that is archived anyway, but will temporarily be the case if the "close open iterations" option isn't used).
  • Improved delete modal experience
