The dast_environment_deploy job that runs in Auto-DevOps on the default branch times out.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find a project on gitlab.com with Auto-DevOps enabled
  2. Run a pipeline on the default branch
  3. See that the dast_environment_deploy job times out.
