Wiki preview looks right, but rendering after saving does not

If I write the following in a Wiki page:

This is are labels:
- ~"T::bug"
- ~"P::critical"

This is a link to a project: roberto/scratch>

the preview looks as expected:

However, after the page is saved it renders like this:

Both the labels and the project link are incorrectly rendered.

This inconsistency does not occur with issue.
