Can't check checkboxes in milestones

Can't check checkboxes in milestone descriptions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a milestone
2. Add checkboxes to the description
3. Attempt to select the checkboxes

What is the current bug behavior?

Milestone checkbox is clicked, the box does not check.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The checkbox gets checked.
