German translation leads to faulty searches

Summary

Selfhosted EE:
When we search in the issues for assignee:None the result is empty. When we do the same with english translation the results are shown.

Steps to reproduce

Use german translation and search for Assignee:None or Assignee:Any

Possible fixes

The search parameter in the url is wrong in the translation. It should be assignee_id[]=None
