Expand and collapse roadmap epic bars to show Issues

• Roadmap bars are being updated to expand via #7077 (closed) to see their sub-epics
• We need to also display issues after an Epic is expanded

As a User of Roadmaps,

I need to be able to see the Issues attached to my epics on the roadmaps,

So I can see their sequence and progress against a timeline.
