Scroll to bottom button taking no effect when clicked

Summary

I noticed a weird behavior on pipeline's jobs, where clicking the Scroll to bottom button takes no effect, and it only works after scrolling the page a bit down.

No errors are shown on the browser's console when the click doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

Logged into GitLab.com, access the following link https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-qa/-/jobs/349504148, then click the Scroll to bottom button.

What is the current bug behavior?

No action is taken after the click.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The page should be scrolled to the bottom.
