Docs: Refactor project settings page

Problem to solve

Project settings could do with an edit and re-write:

• Headings are not descriptive
• CTRT patterns are not clear
• Some phrases are verbose and could do with being more lean

Proposal

Edit and update the docs. This will probably require being split over about 2 or 3 MRs.
