Feature request: mark blocked merge requests in list view

Currently, there is no intuitive way to see if a merge request cannot be merged due to pending dependencies: the user needs to open each MR and check whether all dependencies are satisfied. This is particularly tedious if there is a large number of merge requests with a lot of inter-dependencies.

It would be beneficial to show a badge on the MR list page, similarly to what is done for issues on boards, allowing the user to quickly identify merge requests that can/must be reviewed first.
