[Time tracking reports] Implement a search bar like the one used to search for issues

To create time tracking reports easily, I'm envisioning a page where the user will be able to use a search bar similar to the one used to search for issues.

That search bar could then be used to filter the timelogs based on (these are just some examples):

  • project(s)
  • group(s)
  • epic(s)
  • author(s) of the timelogs
  • the date after the timelogs have been spent (or date to allow for from/to filters)
  • the organization (or contact?) the time was spent for
