Proposal

Wiki pages currently use JavaScript to load the content of the page. This makes it slow and frustrating to use on mobile, and means JavaScript is required to read the content. This is unnecessary, especially for the core function of reading wiki pages.

This impacts perceived performance as well as accessibility concerns

We should load the page with wiki content and then hydrate the page with JavaScript.
