Group level Kubernetes page should explain agent CI/CD workflow for groups

Release notes

Problem to solve

Right now, the group level Kubernetes page only shows the deprecated group clusters feature. But agents can also share CI/CD access with groups. Users who only visit the group cluster page may not be aware of that. Their first impression will be that group level functionality is entirely deprecated.

Proposal

Add material about group-related agent functionality. Ideally:

  1. Explain how an agent can share access with the group
  2. List agents that already share access with the group: Group level views for the CI/CD tunnel (&7292)
