API Discovery MVP

API Discovery is a new analyzer for GitLab. API Discovery is the automation of identifying web APIs in customer projects. It's goal is to transparently find and document APIs discovered to facilitate both customer understanding of their APIs. The assets generated are also needed by other GitLab analyzers such as DAST API.
