Discussion text is pushed over when Resolve/Unresolve

Noticed on .com in !86521 (merged)

The comment text is pushed over when the thread is resolved vs. unresolved. This causes a bit of a jump when the user performs the "Resolve" action.

I'd expect the text to maintain the same horizontal position.
