2FA tip about issues scanning QR prevents scanning QR

The 2FA enable config section under user profile has a tip section for users with issues scanning the QR code.

This tip renders with an overlap over the QR code:

The overlap prevents the QR code from being scanned successfully.

The tip method is the only way I can add the code to a 2FA app.
