Archive retire.js and bundler-audit analyzers

Description

retire.js and bundler-audit analyzer support was removed in %15.0: #289830 (closed) and #347491 (closed)

However, it was decided to keep automated rebuilds (via the scheduled pipeline) in line with keeping the removal announcement for 3 months: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/documentation/versions.html#remove-a-page

• remove removal announcements
• archive projects
  • https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/bundler-audit
  • https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/retire.js
  • ensure scheduled pipeline is disabled
