Change the cancel button variant to danger on job detail page

Release notes

Problem to solve

The cancel button on the job detail page appears in default variant. Canceling a job is a destructive action and can harm a potential deployment underway if clicked accidentally.

Proposal

Use a danger primary variant for canceling action for jobs on the job detail page as we do on the pipeline detail page. Continue using the symbol for the button, do not change that to text.
