Group author badges closer to comment or note author

Challenge

How might we group all author/poster information together in a usable way?

Solution

• Move poster/author related badges to the right of the timestamp to group them closer to the poster/author
• Use the neutral muted small badge for the author badges.
• Order the author information: Avatar, Display name, Busy status, Emoji, Username, Author badge(s), time stamp
