Gaps/next steps we're already aware of (all issues already part of the main epic &5323):

• No token/widget on issues search list (only current mechanic is to follow link from the contacts/organization list or to manipulate the query-string directly) going live imminently
• Sidebar widget styling (and link to issues search?)
• No support for deleting contacts/organizations , and only mechanic for toggling state is currently via GraphQL
• Contact/Organization list styling/functionality (no pagination, search, toggling active/inactive/all etc)
• No support for referencing contacts in comments
• No support for linking contacts with merge requests

I also think it's worth documenting why we only currently support contacts and organizations in a root group. Ultimately it boils down to the complexity which arises if we were to support them in subgroups. Preventing/handling duplication becomes exponentially more complex, as do permissions. We would love to reassess this at a later stage 👌
