Improve experience: Security Dashboard as the default project overview content

Problem Statement

Security Dashboard for a specific project can be considered as an option when choosing the project overview content in user settings.

Current behaviour is: When the user clicks on the "Project" tab, it opens "Security&Compliance" is weird. can we do following after user change the setting. Please see the video below.

The main question we want to find out from users are:

How user expect to see after changing the settings:

1. Where does user expect to see the changes and what do they think the current behaviour
2. What information user wants to see
3. In what format user want to see the information
4. How important is this feature for user
