Problem to solve

In 15.4, as part of the UX scorecard recommendations, we are adding bulk delete to the Admin Area > Runners view Select individual runners to delete from the ad... (#339525 - closed). This bulk delete feature needs to be available in the Group view as well.

Proposal

• The bulk delete logic will not check for whether or not a Project (specific) runner has multiple projects associated with it, prior to deleting the runner from the database.
