Problem to solve

The MR widget view of a11y issues that are new/fixed in an MR is great but a full report is needed for the Product Designer Presley to research and the Product Manager Parker to prioritize fixes against a very full backlog of other issues.

Use Cases

• When Parker and Delaney are reviewing the issue list for a project, they want to know how many critical accessibility issues are in the project, so that they can make informed trade offs about improving accessibility vs. other features.
• When Presley is completing a usability review of the project, they want to have a standard list of standards and issues against those, so they can make informed decisions about making the design more accessible quickly.

Proposal

• Provide a place to download the full accessibility report
• Show the full accessibility report
• Annotate code in the repo to highlight accessibility violations (in static HTML)
