UX improvement: when mass-editing issues, add a way to create labels and milestones

Problem to solve

Current UX is not convenient enough when mass-editing issues. Sometimes I want to assign a new label to issues I'm editing and currently I need to manually go to the "labels" view before doing that

Intended users

People who first create issues, then add labels to them once they observe a pattern.

Simple: add an "add label" button here that only asks for name and maybe for color:
