Group and / or global integrations
Problem to solve
I have to add the slack integration to each and every project manually.

Further details
Currently there are 3 types of integrations:
- Webhooks or integrations on project level
- Webhooks on group level
- Webhooks on instance level
The problem is, that the hooks are inconsistent over the 3 places.
One allows to integrate services like slack for issues etc. Otherwise there is no global issue webhook and no integrations on instance level.
Proposal
Allow to add integrations on each level
- instance
- group
- project
Allow to have multiple differently configured integrations of the same type.
