All caches broke on update

After updating Gitlab, it seems a security fix https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2022/05/02/security-release-gitlab-14-10-1-released/#improper-access-control-in-cicd-cache-mechanism completely broke our caches.

In the job logs it seems when looking up a cache key, it now appends either -protected or -non_protected to the existing key, thus never finding the existing caches.
