Audit SVGs inside GitLab project

We currently have 209 SVGs as part of the GitLab project. We should audit whether they are used, duplicated by GitLab SVGs and/or moveable to GitLab SVGs.

Ultimately we should come up with some guidelines to prevent further assets from being added directly to the project.
