Ability to highlight multiple individual lines in a file

I was searching for how to do this and couldn't find a way to do it so I'm assuming it's not implemented. I also don't see any previous issues that mention this functionality.

The only way to share multiple individual lines in a file right now is to send multiple links which is very tedious and hard to consume the complete context of the lines without switching back and forth between multiple tabs.
