Add Pajamas compliant text field component to GitLab UI form builder

We have the GitLab UI Form builder that currently supports checkboxes and radios. To help keep form styles in compliance with Pajamas design system we should add a gitlab_ui_text_field_component to the GitLab UI form builder.
