Pages maturity scorecard

Goal

As groupeditor gets up to speed with the Pages feature, we need to understand where we stand as far as category maturity goes. The goal of this issue is to validate that Pages is indeed Complete and understand more about the gaps that we need to address to get us to Lovable.

1. Pages is currently considered Complete, but when was that last updated?

2. Do we have the results of a previous scorecard? Has one ever been completed?
   1. We haven't ever run one
   2. There is a UX scorecard that we graded with a C: gitlab-design#412 (closed)
3. We have a sense of the most popular feature requests, but are these the features that we need to ship to get to Lovable?
4. What are the core JTBD that we're scoring ourselves on?
