How to cleanup moved repositories from gitaly storage?

I have moved a lot of repositories from one gitaly storage to another via API call.

Currently on old gitlay storage I have got a lot of directories like /home/git/repositories/@hashed/00/15/00150bc11aeeaa3cdbdc1e27085b0f6c584c27e05f255e303898dcd12426f110+2650+moved+1573473991.git

How can I clean them up?

I tried to run gitlab-rake gitlab:cleanup:repos but it didn't print or cleaned up any repositories.
