Cycle Analytics duration charts: Explain the limit (if exceeded)

Problem to solve

The duration charts in Cycle Analytics display a limited number of records. (The limit ensures adequate performance for larger data sets.) However, the limit is not obvious to users and needs to be explained so users do not believe there is a bug. (See more discussion in !19293 (comment 242187457))

Proposal

For the Cycle Analytics duration charts, if the number of records available equals the limit of N (where N is currently 500), a message is displayed above each chart saying "Showing latest N records". <-- @npost, please refine this and, if possible, add a mockup based on the original feature mockup.
