This is to close out the documentation work for #24792 (closed), Artifact-based view for Junit XML.
This feature needs new documentation including:
- How to leverage the feature in gitlab-ci.yml
- Where the results will be displayed
- Limitations to what may be displayed
- Any obvious troubleshooting that may need to occur
