Investigate "DAST Profile not found" when running a scan

Problem

When running a DAST scan with a particular scanner profile, the following error occurs

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/dast-testing/-/on_demand_scans/1044/edit
  2. "Save and run scan" option
  3. Notice the error at the top DAST profile not found: Passive
