File browser for review tool

I don't want to see all changes in a list when reviewing a merge request.

Proposal

I would like to a have a file browser to the left that shows all changed files. By clicking a file I would like to get a diff view where I'm able to put comments on lines. More or less the Web IDE with comment functionality.
