The page buy_pipeline_minutes is not redirecting

Summary

When a private repository reaches the 30% threshold of compute minutes of shared runners, a banner appears suggesting the user to "Purchase more minutes". When the user presses that button, it goes to https://customers.gitlab.com/buy_pipeline_minutes. This page has a single button to sign in. When pressed, an error banner says "Please complete the required fields.", even though there is no field to be completed. When the user presses the only button there (see video below), it shows the same banner.

What is the current bug behavior?

This page has a single button to redirect to a sign in page. When pressed, an error banner says "Please complete the required fields.", even though there is no field to be completed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Since the user is already signed in, it should re-use their sign-in credentials and forward them to the next page.
