Issue template warning appears when the user hasn't updated the description
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new issue on a project that uses a default template
- Switch to a different template (without editing the description yourself)
- Warning appears
What is the expected correct behavior?
Warning should only appear if the user has edited the description and then selected a new template
