CC filter on todo's

Problem

With many different todo's that users are tagged on and the need to keep track of them, it's becoming harder to correctly prioritize and act on the issues that are most important vs issues that users are being cc'd on for inclusion and transparency but no action is directly needed.

Proposal

It would be very useful if there was a Cc filter on the todo's Action dropdown, so we can actively filter out all todo's that a user has been Cc'd on for transparency and inclusion but not necessarily anything a user needs to directly take action on.

Though we currently have @mention and directly addressed filters, it doesn't seem that we are able to filter out when a cc command is used to include a user in the dialog.

Value

Better filtering on todo's that users are cc'd on which will allow users to act on acknowledging issues they need to be aware of while being able to pivot more quickly/easily to ones that they directly need to take action on which would make the process more efficient.
