WebIDE sidebar to view Merge Request details does not link back to MR.

To view/reproduce:

1. Open any MR.
2. Click on Open in Web IDE.
3. On the right hand side, click the three lines (see screenshot) to open the MR details.
4. At the top of the box is the MR # (i.e. !33440) but it's not a link. It's just static text.

To get back to the MR, you exit out of the Web IDE and research for the MR. Or in the very bottom left, click the pipeline link, then click the MR link on the pipeline page.
