UX improvements for GitHub detailed status UI

This issue is intended to track further improvements for GitHub detailed status UI as mentioned in !83493 (merged)

Issues to address:

  • reorganize details list to conserve space:

Rethink how we should organize details to avoid big empty spaces (amrked in red)

  • update UX to avoid confusion "Importing, but details show everything as completed..."

During import there might be situations when all items in details are marked as "completed" but import is actually in progress - we're just figuring out what to do next 😄
