Spike: Recover lost license information for ServicePing reports
Background
As a result of #354025 (closed) incoming ServicePing reports between: Feb 28, 2022 UTC
and Mar 30, 2022
were not able to obtain license information.
Affected downstream services
- Appended to ServicePing reports and stored in Snowflake Data Warehouse
- Pushed to Salesforce https://gitlab.com/gitlab-services/version-gitlab-com/-/blob/master/app/services/salesforce/push_usage_data_service.rb#L68
Goal
Understand impact of missing data, and effort required to back fill lost information
