Auditor cannot see project Infrastructure menu item

Problem to solve

Auditor cannot see Infrastructure in project left nav.

Per our docs

Auditor users are able to have ... read-only access to all other resources, except the Admin Area [and Settings].

Expected behaviour

Auditor has read-only access to project Infrastructure and all submenu items.
