GitLab Migration - migrations with status timeout (3) are not updated in the UI

When importing using GitLab Migration a problematic import can get its status updated to timeout state (3). When this happens, the UI i not updated and the import is visually shown as 'Importing', but no progress will be made.

We recently added timeout state to bulk imports which should be reflected in the UI.
