Problem to solve

Once source code rules are implemented, being able to access, view, and edit rules will be a key part of the user experience. Building a connection from the branches view would give the user a natural path to access the associated rules and increase the value/functionality of the branches view.

Proposal

Add the ability to access the related rule from the branches view. If source code rules are implemented so each rule has a unique URL this could be accomplished with a link.
