Design management - Comments reduces the image size too much

Problem to solve

Using the new Design Management feature of an issue,
When I enter a long comment, or when a comment gets a reply,
Then the size of the image is drastically reduced and is hardly visible anymore.

• All GitLab users and issues' contributors.

Proposal

The default size of both the design image and the right panel for comments should always remain, so that even if a comment is longer than the width of the "comment panel", then it stays the same.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Since the feature is still in alpha mode, then metrics should come at a later stage, but at least applying this enhancement should ensure readability and more usage of this new feature.
