Assets are not show up to guests on the release page.

This document has the following phrase:

Guest users can access Release pages for downloading assets

But, this doesn't work for me... Maybe it's a bug, I think.

As shown in the picture, I registered one asset for this release.

But nothing is shown to the guest.

A little confusing is that it shows up well when guest using api. (https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/7069717/releases)

I think that this contents should be seen in the Releases page, also a guest.
