Investigate Reduction in Apdex Availability
Over the past 5 days, our Apdex availability has appeared to degrade.

Typically our apdex score is between 99% and 100%. In recent days we have seen spikes as low as 92%, and smaller spikes down to 97%.
Currently, our error budget is "-4 minutes" and last week at this time it was "-2 minutes".
Investigation
We should look to identify what is causing the change in our apdex score. Was there a change we implemented that led to the change? Has there been incidents that could have caused this?
This issue is intended to do the initial investigation. After this investigation, we should create issues to fix any problems that we have identified.
